Fair of the Americas, LLC a Florida Corporation (herein identified as FotA) operates a fair and exposition informational Website available through the web at FairoftheAmericas.com as well as on mobile devices and tablets (the "Service"). This policy applies to all FotA operations of the Service. We may refer to FotA as "we", "us", or "our". The purpose of this policy is to inform our users about the information we collect, how we use and share that information, and the ways in which you can control how we use and share that information.
