Fair of the Americas, LLC a Florida Corporation (herein identified as FotA) operates a fair and exposition informational Website available through the web at as well as on mobile devices and tablets (the "Service"). This policy applies to all FotA operations of the Service. We may refer to FotA as "we", "us", or "our". We do engage in training to support implementation and compliance of our privacy practices; any employee that we determine is in violation of this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.
